Tangail is
situated on the deltaic land of plistosine century. So it has a deep
forest. Madhupur-Forest is the main forest of Tangail, Which is one
of the biggest forest in Bangladesh. It contains a vast amount of trees.
Sal is the main tree of this forest. This kind of tree has higher economy
value in country market. Beside this Gazery, Keura , Debdaru, etc. are
found in this forest. Monkey, different kinds of snakes, Jackals, Wild-cats
etc. are important animals which can be found in this forest. Some birds
named Doel, Cuckoo, Shama are also found in this forest. It has a nice
since beauty. People of home and abroad come to enjoy of this forest
during the vacation. They can spend their time comfortably here because of some
nice picnic spot and government and non-government rest - house....
